Peri Rogers

Founder & Clinical Director

With more than 23 years of counseling experience, and more than 54 years of living through my own share of trials, I founded Ezekiel37 with a deep desire to walk with people through their hardest seasons. I’m known for empathy, discernment, and a gentle, Spirit-led approach that helps clients uncover the roots of their relational and emotional pain so they can move forward with hope, clarity, and peace.

I care deeply about the health of relationships. I have seen that some of our deepest wounds come from relationships, yet some of our greatest healing is also found within them. This truth shapes the way I counsel. I work with couples, families, and individuals who are navigating relational, spiritual, or emotional trauma. My areas of focus include trauma, loneliness, broken relationships, marriages, addiction, physical and sexual abuse, financial strain, and challenges related to identity and self-worth. My counseling blends heartfelt compassion with truth that brings real and lasting change.

I truly love everything about people. I love their inner beauty, strengths, uniqueness, hearts, vulnerabilities, and even their messiness. Both my professional training and my personal story have prepared me to sit with deep pain, understand fear, and recognize the needs beneath the surface. I look forward to getting to know you and walking with you on your journey.

WHY RELATIONAL CARE & COUNSELING?

Find Clarity and Truth in a Noisy World

In a time when relational brokenness and mental health concerns are on the rise, effective relational care and counseling services are more beneficial than ever:

You’re surrounded by a world full of noise. Endless options. Competing beliefs. And solutions that don’t satisfy. It can all feel so overwhelming and knowing what’s true, good, or even helpful is harder than ever.

You were not made to carry all this alone.

The services offered provide you a needed space to process, and heal. But this isn’t about temporary relief. It’s about discovering lasting hope through the True Healer and developing a heart and mind to recognize His truth and live in it.

Relational care and counseling are not guaranteed to end your pain. Rather, it will help you walk through it with purpose and growth, teaching you how to process, heal from, and even benefit from it by directing you in practical ways to the One who can do immeasurably more than what we can ask or think.

Why We’re Called Ezekiel37

BEHIND THE NAME

The Book of Ezekiel contains an incredible story of hope and revival: God turns dry, skeletal bones into living human bodies with flesh and breath and they become a strong army.

Just like this story, we believe new life can be brought to even the deadest of situations. And that’s what we see in our our clients’ lives every day: individuals, couples, and families who feel defeated, exhausted, and hopeless, experiencing hope and learning how to live again.

Ezekiel37 is another name for hope and newness. Here, you are never too far gone. And the healing you’re hoping for is never out of reach. This Is what you can experience through the services we offer you at Ezekiel37 Counseling.

You’re wondering “Is there hope?” Our answer is “Yes!”

FOUNDER PERI ROGERS’ STORY

Living Proof of Healing

“My own life story allows me to understand the depth of pain, fears, and needs of others.”

“I was born in Egypt but have called the U.S. home since I was 13. My cross-cultural background gives me a deep understanding of how culture shapes identity, beliefs, and relationships. If you’ve ever seen “My Big Fat Greek Wedding,” you already know a little bit about my world, I’m basically Gus! I clean everything with Windex, and my family gatherings are loud, full of people, and overflowing with food. I love home decorating, hosting, traveling, and spending time connecting with God and others.

Though I’m now a licensed professional counselor and supervisor, I began my career years ago as a systems engineer. I’ve often been told I’m wired with the rare blend of an analytical mind and an empathetic heart. While my credentials and experience qualify me to walk with others professionally, it’s my own story that most deeply equips me to understand the pain, fear, and longing many carry. I’m no stranger to suffering, but it was through that suffering that I encountered the grace, care, and love of Christ in ways I never imagined. As author and speaker Stephanie Fast beautifully says, “There is no event that happened in my life that I could be better without, because they all led me to know the Jesus I know today.”
